Booking an Appointment in PCC Connect (with a Referral)
Once a counseling referral has been raised for you, log into LancerPoint to access your student email inbox for the link to schedule.
- Locate the email in your inbox sent from PCC Success.
- Click on open mail to see this message. (For express counseling referrals, you will see a description of the topics you can choose. Next click on the link that says BOOK HERE.
- Select your topic and then click on continue in the lower right.
- On the next page, you can choose a day and time for your counseling appointment. Many appointments meet in person on campus, but options for phone appointments will appear as well.
- Click on continue, then enter any additional notes in the description box on the final page. To finalize
this appointment, click on CONFIRM.
On the confirmation page, you’ll see the appointment information, meeting instructions, and links for other options. You’ll also receive confirmation email in your PCC student email inbox.

What to do if you don't receive an email
If you don't receive an email, find PCC Connect on the PCC website and log in using your LancerPoint credentials. Click on the menu in the upper left, then select My Success Network. Locate the counseling service that the referral was raised for, then click on SCHEDULE. Follow all the same steps from above (steps 1-5).
Please keep in mind that if you do not have an active counseling referral, you will not see the option to schedule. Counseling referrals can be raised by many student services staff, including your Success Coach. You can also get a referral by visiting one of the following locations:
- Pathways FYE Center | V-100 | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
- Success Centers | D-300 | Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Counseling front desk in the L Building | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm
- Sign into the Virtual Support Center Monday-Friday | 9am-4pm
